André Pacheco Arquitetura e Taís Alves Design

Com projetos de arquitetura e de interiores, esta morada de 380 m² integra-se ao jardim e ao condomínio por meio de panos de vidro. Dentro, diferentes tipos de mármore ajudam a personalizar os ambientes, como na aconchegante área de churrasqueira, onde um painel de rocha translúcida acomoda garrafas de vinho. No living amplo, com sofás e cadeiras de couro, a pedra negra embute a lareira em um paredão de pé-direito duplo que reflete a imponência requisitada para a fachada. Designed with both architecture and interior design in mind, this 380 m² home seamlessly integrates with the garden and condominium through expansive glass panels. Inside, various types of marble personalize the spaces, such as in the cozy barbecue area, where a translucent stone panel houses wine bottles. In the spacious living room, furnished with leather sofas and chairs, black stone embeds the fireplace within a striking double-height wall, reflecting the grandeur envisioned for the façade.
