Beatriz Zeglin Arquitetura

De casarão antigo a refúgio contemporâneo bem brasileiro: eis o caminho trilhado pelo imóvel de 1 020 m² na Praia de Jurerê Internacional, em Florianópolis, SC. A metamorfose foi obra da reforma que escancarou as aberturas, incluiu brises de pequiá nas fachadas, uniu ambientes e aumentou a conexão visual com o mar e com o paisagismo exuberante. Nos espaços íntimos e na área social, agora totalmente fluida, materiais naturais asseguram uma estética autêntica e convidativa. From an old mansion to a contemporary and distinctly Brazilian refuge – this is the path taken by the 1,020 m² property on Jurerê International Beach in Florianópolis, SC. The metamorphosis was the result of a renovation that widened openings, added pequiá brises to the façades, unified spaces, and enhanced the visual connection with the sea and lush landscaping. In the private spaces and the now fully fluid social area, natural materials ensure an authentic and inviting aesthetic.
