Dado Simch Atelier

Em vez de comprar um apartamento zero-quilômetro, o casal preferiu este casarão antigo no bairro onde já morava. Preservar a arquitetura era um de seus desejos. Outro, ver os interiores mais claros e menos compartimentados, o que se resolveu com a abertura de novas portas e janelas e com a integração de hall, sala de jantar e cozinha por belas esquadrias de correr oxidadas. A luminosidade aumentou ainda mais quando a escadaria trocou o peitoril de alvenaria por um guarda-corpo metálico. Instead of buying a brand-new apartment, the couple chose this old house in the neighborhood where they already lived. Preserving the architecture was one of their wishes. Another was to make the interiors brighter and more open, which was achieved by adding new doors and windows and integrating the hall, dining room, and kitchen with beautiful oxidized sliding frames. The natural light increased even further when the staircase replaced its masonry sill with a metal railing.
