Rosas Arquitetos Associados

Os brises de madeira ripada foram decisivos para a estética e o conforto nesta casa de 1 200 m² na Praia de Jurerê Internacional, em Florianópolis, SC. Instalados nas aberturas do andar superior, eles temperam a arquitetura retilínea, com grandes balanços e revestimento de fulgê, e ainda dosam a iluminação natural e o calor dentro dos quartos. No térreo, as esquadrias envidraçadas aproximam os interiores da piscina e do jardim. The slatted wooden brises were essential to the aesthetics and comfort of this 1,200 m² house on Jurerê International Beach in Florianópolis, SC. Installed in the openings on the upper floor, they temper the rectilinear architecture – with its large overhangs and fulget cladding – and regulate the natural light and heat inside the rooms. On the ground floor, glazed frames connect the interiors to the pool and garden.
